1. Introduction

Welcome to ZipZapZoi. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our platform as a Delivery Partner. By signing up, you agree to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.

2. Partner Eligibility

To become a partner, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid Driving License and Vehicle Registration (for motorized vehicles).
• Have a smartphone with active data connection.
• Pass a background check if required by local law.

3. Payments & Earnings

Earnings are calculated based on distance, time, and demand. ZipZapZoi reserves the right to adjust pricing models. Payouts are processed weekly to your registered bank account. Instant payouts may incur a small transaction fee.

4. Code of Conduct

Partners are expected to maintain high standards of hygiene and professionalism. Zero tolerance policy for harassment, theft, or unsafe driving. Violation will result in immediate termination.

5. Liability & Insurance

We provide accidental insurance coverage up to ₹5,00,000 while you are on an active trip. ZipZapZoi is not liable for vehicle damages or traffic violations incurred during service.
